Performing Songwriter
I grew up in north central New Jerseydown at the crossroads of Rtes 1, 9, 35, 440, 287 GSP and the NJT. I wrote songs about highways and angst, played up and down the north east corridor. After I got out of school I worked temp jobs to save enough so I could quit work and get lost on a greyhound for a couple of weeks at a time.
Early one morning late last millenium I drove down to Nashville TN for 12 years. I wrote songs about hope and angst, played everywhere I could and was recognized by Billboard as one of the top independent artists in the Southeast. I lived in a cabin in the woods, lulled to sleep by wolves and the interstate.
Now, I've grown older by a day, I got a girlfriend by the bay and theres a fire at the end of my road where at night the sky explodes. I write songs about ticket takers tourists and angst. I live with trees that lean into the wind.
