Performing Songwriter
I grew up back east in north central New Jersey - down at the crossroads of Rtes 1, 9, 35, 440, 287, GSP and NJT. I wrote songs about highways and angst, and played gigs up and down the north east corridor. After I finished my studies at MSC (now MSU) I worked a wide variety of temp jobs to save enough so I could quit for a while and go get lost on a greyhound somewhere.
Early one morning late last millenium I drove down to Nashville TN, moved into a highway motel and stayed for 12 years. I wrote songs about hope and angst, played everywhere I could and was recognized by Billboard as one of the top independent artists in the Southeast. Later I lived in a cabin in the woods, lulled to sleep by wolves before deciding I'd had enough of Music City.
As fate would have it I ended up back in the Garden State. Currently I reside in the Deep South of NJ. I play gigs for a living and write songs about tourists and angst. I consort with trees that lean into the wind.
